ROOM 8'S ASSEMBLY

Last Friday was our assembly. I was very excited but it was really hard practicing. We did heaps and heaps and heaps of practicing. We did two songs they were called "Sheppard Geronimo" and "we are done." My sister came to watch . I was a bit nervous when we did some of the things. When it came to the soundscape I was really really really excited it was really funny when Adam ate the saladas here are some of the photos at assembly.

TERM REFLECTION

THE things I have enjoyed this term is ... SWIM SAFE!! WHEN IT WAS THE FIRST DAY OF S.F

.L I WAS A BIT NERVOUS,  BUT THE NEXT DAY I GOT MORE AND MORE EXCITED I LEARNT HEAPS OF THINGS. I LEARNT HOW TO DO A DOLPHIN DIVE AND GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL. ON THE LAST DAY OF SWIM SAFE WE WENT ON THE HYDRO SLIDE. I WENT ON THE LIGHT ONE WITH FERRISH AND GRACE.  THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD EVER BEEN ON A HYDROSLIDE. IT WAS SCAREY BUT I WENT THROUGH         IT AND IT WAS FUN AFTER THE HYDROSLIDEWE HAD A PICNIC WE HAD SAUSAGE ROLLS COOKIES  BISCUITS    AND HOT CHIPS WITH KETHUP.

There is a fire in the house and a fireman rushes in to check if anyone needs rescuing.

SWIMSAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am  in the swimming pool. I had to be in the boys team. My coach was Chris. We had to do a starfish and a back float and a front float. I had a race with Isiah. I beat him in the noodle race.

THE LIMO BUMPED INTO A FENCE    AT VICTORIA STREET.   THE CAR CRASHED .    THE GREEN HONDA FLIPPED ON ITS BACK

In room eight we have been making masks. i really  enjoyed painting the masks. My mask has purple eyes blonde hair and bright red lips. EMOTION POEM

 Proud is green 

it tastes like crunchy crispy chips

and smells of hot chillie

it looks like people reading books

it sounds like children singing Kapa Haka Waiata songs

It feels amazing
